My research interests lie in theoretical computer science, with a focus on computational models of biological systems and biomolecular computing, particularly membrane and DNA computing. I rigorously analyze the structural and functional properties of these models, systematically uncovering the regularities that govern their operation. Using advanced modeling techniques and algorithmic frameworks, I shape interdisciplinary research trajectories based on this analytical foundation to promote a deeper, more nuanced understanding of biological systems. These methodological innovations refine theoretical insights and catalyze the development of novel, transformative approaches in the field.
