The tuition fee must be paid via bank transfer through the Neptun system. Detailed information regarding financial transactions is available on the website of the Quaestura Student Service Office: Q-Space.
If an employer, company, or sole proprietor is covering the tuition fee via bank transfer and requires an invoice, the Invoice Request Form must be downloaded from Neptun, duly signed by the authorized representative of the paying entity, and submitted (via email to phd@inf.elte.hu) to the Department of Academic and International Relations by the specified deadline. Information regarding the invoice request process can be found under the FAQ/Finance section on Q-Space.
The invoice will be sent directly to the employer. Please ensure the employer is informed not to transfer any funds to ELTE’s bank account before receiving the invoice.
If the tuition fee is being shared between you and your employer, the amount can be split manually in the Neptun system, or you can notify your academic coordinator about the need to divide the payment. Do not transfer your individual portion before the amount is split, as it will not be possible to allocate the payment correctly afterward.
Students who submit a request for tuition reduction or exemption must pay the tuition fee in accordance with the decision issued following the assessment of their application.
