dropout prevention

The Attrition Prevention Program aims to proactively address the challenges facing program design students, promoting their continued engagement and success throughout their university years. We successfully reduced the dropout rate by 30% with personalized individual counseling, targeted interventions and the creation of an active learning environment. By developing personalized learning strategies, introducing new courses and fostering a sense of belonging, our program has a significant impact on student retention. Findings from academic progress research helps us develop further interventions.

soft skill development

With our courses and interactive programs, we promote the development of soft skills such as effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and adaptability. This focus not only enhances student retention but also equips our students with the vital skills needed for successful career development. We are committed to cultivating essential soft skills and career competencies that enable our students to thrive in a dynamic and competitive world.

Z generation

hinking from a global perspective shaped by continuous access to information, Generation Z reevaluates the role of knowledge in their lives. While they readily adapt to new technologies, they encounter numerous challenges throughout their university careers. In higher education, particularly during ongoing competence development, it is crucial to consider generational characteristics and prioritize flexibility, the cultivation of critical thinking, and the creation of environments that foster individual growth. The new generation of students represents a dynamic force, introducing fresh perspectives and a forward-looking approach to education.
