Main research areas
Handling large textual data of special structure
Searching and grouping large textual data can still have greate cost today. Before a simple search, text recognition is also challenging. If we have the well structured text, further problems rise, like when searching in device logs or grouping the data to search for anomalies or searching in genome sequences or classifying them to identify the species or when searching in novels, articles or when sorting them. My research is about solving these problems efficiently.
