The advantage of ACM Open is that authors can submit as many articles as they want to ACM, as long as they use their institutional email address.

The ACM Digital Library is a comprehensive online collection of ACM publications and contains over 1.4 million pages of text, including

- SIG Newsletters

- Publications of Affiliated Organizations

- Book Series

This year, 50 papers will be published APC-free in the IEEE consortium.
